Our privacy policy is simple and serious… Any credit card information you use online for paying for your membership package, or for ordering any health, travel, or other products First Class Travel Wise directly offers, is never saved. The only information that is kept is the information that is necessary in order to ship your membership package, and understand who you are (and what kind of package you have with us). For the purposes of accommodating your bookings and answering your questions. For any payments you may make over the phone or by mail with us, our computer system only holds and saves the last 4 digits of your credit card. Just as is the case when you get a receipt from your bank, or from most stores. Any, such, special booking information that our company may have processed for you, is secured; archived; and accessible only by the relevant officer or executive of this corporation.
First Class Travel Wise does not share, trade, or sell any of your information that is necessarily kept to identify or accommodate you- such as your name, address, phone numbers, or travel dates (or interests). Because you have, or after you have, become a Member of First Class Travel Wise, no one is going to be calling you to sell you something else, like many other companies do.
Know, we have no unresolved complaints –and- a satisfactory record with the Better Business Bureau. We are licensed/bonded by the Hartford (one of the largest insurance companies in the world) policy # 21BSBEK7627, to ensure your quality assurance. And, we hold not only the required local occupational and state licenses and registration (document # P04000170792), but; moreover, the Florida Seller of Travel License. By which we prominently state that, “First Class Travel Wise –and- First Class/Cruise Vacations, Inc. are registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel. Registration No. ST36484.” If you look at the Logo Gallery at the bottom of our Home Page, you can observe many of our affiliates –and- our affiliates affiliates (our network). And, beyond travel, we have many upstanding and renowned affiliate companies in the health industry. GENERAL PACKAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
To be compliant with the travel industries governing laws, which state that vacation packages can be extended, at the longest, 18 months at a time (so people do not lose sight of their travel packages), all membership packages are extended twice during this 4½ year period (18 months at a time). There is no cost at all to extend current packages. And, there will not be, for, at least, the time within these three 18 month periods. No annual dues or fees. No on going costs, of any sort. Not at all! How it works is, every 18 months you’ll receive an extension letter with our newsletter, reminding you of the extension of your membership package. We like to do this, as well, so that you may understand how many of the complimentary 4 day/ 3 night getaways you have left to use in your package (sort of an update); what new locations we may have opened up; and, also, so that you may appreciate how we are here for you –and- with you! Do respond to us, when you get the extension letter. And inform us of any address, email, or phone number changes we may need to know of. Contact us for extensions or confirmation. Or, contact us, thorough out the years, for an updated package, or any information requests.
Truly and liberally, you have 4 ½ years to save and lavish with us- First Class! And it is, presently, only $58.00 per 18 month extension- after your 4 ½ years. No time-share tours “required.”
Know, to some locations, or during some seasons, a 30 to 60 day advance notice may be necessary, for only the complimentary “Airfare On Us” or 4 day/ 3 night complimentary, yearly getaway benefits. Taxes, gratuities, long distance phone calls, room service, transportation (to and from the 4 day/ 3 night getaways), massage therapy, and the like, are the sole responsibility of the travelers with First Class Travel Wise (or our travel affiliates). If there are larger party bookings, of course to accommodate such larger parties there may be some necessary add-on surcharges for fitting or putting together larger accommodations. You will only be charge that which is charged by the hotels or resorts directly, or by our direct network. If applicable, those traveling on cruise portions of any getaways are responsible for port, service, government, administrative fees, and/or taxes which the cruise lines; agency; or government may charge. For- not all, but some- destinations, there may be some black out (or unavailable) dates. For example, Christmas week, New Years week, Thanksgiving week, Presidents week, Memorial week, and some major or special events for a particular area. For some exquisite or exclusive offers or destinations, there may be a $10.00 to $20.00 per person reservation fee or surcharge directly from First Class Travel. You Members are responsible for the shipping costs for any rebate, reimbursement, refund, or commission check from First Class Travel Wise, to you. *Note, we require all checks from Us (First Class Travel Wise –or- Health-Wise Travel Org.) to be sent to You by Signature Confirmation USPS (or, at least, the less expensive, Delivery Confirmation USPS). **However, if you are online, it is free to join Pay Pal (and we encourage you to do so by clicking on the link we have for Pay Pal at the top of our Members Login page). We will be able to transfer whatever rebates or extended commissions you are to receive from Us (First Class Travel Wise –or- Health Wise Travel Travel Org) at no cost to you. Directly from a secure Pay Pal transfer to You, from Us.
Your package has a minimum retail value of $1,600.00. Considering only the four 4 day/ 3 night getaways (each of the 4 ½ years of potential membership) and the “Airfare On Us” minimum to average savings. The main recipient(s) of any certificate or complimentary getaway, and person(s) who would be traveling on the getaway must be at least 18 years of age.
SPECIFIC CERTIFICATE OR OFFER TERMS AND CONDITONS:
Not for our ‘Airfare On Us’ complimentary getaway, but only with the 3 day/ 2 night getaways that include airfare (but have no minimum hotel night stay beyond the free 3 days/ 2 nights), attendance at a minimum 90 minute vacation ownership tour is required (in one of the approximately 60 locations of the Vacation of a Lifetime Destinations of our package) before this vacation with airfare is used or booked.
Again, this does not apply to the complimentary ‘Airfare On Us’ (with a minimum hotel night stay), only for the little 3 day/ 2 night complimentary getaways (that have round trip airfare for two individuals included, to one of 7 destination). Orlando, Acapulco, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, Las Vegas, New Orleans, or Honolulu (Hawaii). *We require that you also visit the Package Terms/Privacy Policy page of this Web Site in order to fully understand/observe the Terms and Conditions of our company, our specific certificates or offers, and, effectually, your Membership.

Basic Bronze Membership
This, basically, gives you “our” travel agents rate on all of your travel (for the 4 ½ years of membership). Along with our First Class service, exclusive specials, and searching and shopping extra tools and savings. From the walmart.com direct search link and savings extension (from being connected to Walmart, and other big affiliate companies of ours, through our Web Site) –to- additional Membership offers with our nutritional laboratories (buy right from the laboratory and save big), and International Wine Cellars (where you may receive 2 free bottles of wine, and more). This benefits a family of up to four individuals (two adults and two minors, under 18 years old).

Preferred Platinum Membership
Go Platinum, and you get, of course, all of the “benefits” of the Basic Bronze Membership… In addition, you also get a 4 day/ 3 night getaway, every year, for the 4 ½ years of your Membership. Plus you’ll have another getaway with “Airfare On Us”, for two people, with a minimum hotel night stay (in one of about 50 locations) –or- a 3 day/ 2 night getaway with round trip airfare for two included outright (though you may add additional nights, but do not have to), in one of 7 locations. You get average Suite, Condo, and Resort prices of $600.00 per week (worldwide), in addition to everything else. All sorts of two-for-ones on restaurants and area attraction tickets, when you travel to most of the 100+ destinations we offer the 4 day/ 3 night getaways to. And, all sorts of special deals, complimentary hotels, mini cruises, and attraction (theme park) tickets extended quarterly. We, also get airfare for as low as $9.00 each way- from some select cities. This benefits a family of up to four individuals (two adults and two minors, under 18 years old).

Platinum “PLUS” Membership
Our “PLUS” members go even beyond benefits. FOR IMMEDIATE FAMILIES OF MORE THAN 4 -0R- IF YOU WANT 1 ONE NON-FAMILY MEMBER TO BE INCLUDED... Everyone will receive all of the benefits of the BASIC BRONZE and, of course, the PLATINUM PREFERRED sections, in addition:
PLUS A membership simply makes everything good for an immediate family of 5 to 8 people. *Though the 4 day/ 3 night complimentary getaways, which you will receive once a year, only accommodate up to two adults and two children (and, possibly, one additional small child). Note, at some hotels, and in some seasons, there may be the ability to upgrade or extend the accommodations to multi-room condos, or get a second room at our corporate rate.
